This book changed my whole way of dealing with email in my professional life. It is THE style guide for email. I read almost everyday about companies and employees who are dealing with many legal, customer service, and management issues with regard to email… they should read this book! AND use it to train their employees! I can’t say enough good things about this book and how it has helped me to be more efficient, use effective languange when composing email, and more importantly to know when it is better to just pick up the phone!
